We at PURPLE LIUN LUXURY CANDLE COMPANY maintain the policy that all sales are final.
While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, to the extent permitted by law, we do not offer returns, merchandise credits, or exchanges. Thank you.
RESTOCKING FEE
Except for items that are returned/exchanged for being damaged or defective, to cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking certain items, a restocking fee of 20% (or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is less) may be assessed for the following items or types of items: All items. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, if any, where permitted by state law.

Only in-person sales are accepted for exchange requests. The exchange request must be made within 3 days of purchase. Items must be in New, Unused Condition in original manufacture packaging. If you have any questions about this return policy, please contact us at purpleliuncandleco@gmail.com.

DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of in-person sales only.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
